And I believe the picks on the front page are correct. I should have (the first) three first and a second.

hmmm...I believe you're right. I just wasn't sure if I had traded Stanford's 1st I had this coming draft.

As for IL, here's the rules I think that work:
Self-policing IL, and you can drop your guy to the IL list THE DAY he misses his 5th game, so any point during that day. If he plays that 5th game that night, unexpectedly, then I will manually add the guy back to your roster that day. No love lost.

Okay, here's how the standings panned out and - consequently - the lottery balls. Remember, the champion gets no lottery balls. The rest of the order is determined upon regular season standings.

1 - AlciG (no lottery balls)
2 - wb [from stanford/floppy] (1 ball)
3 - bww (1 ball)
4 - Setterlund (1 ball)
5 - YS (1 ball)
6 - Kohanz (1 ball)
7 - theman [from wb] (3 balls)
8 - ham (3 balls)
9 - east (3 balls)
10 - theman (5 balls)
11 - sly (5 balls)
12 - insfo (5 balls)
13 - theman [from skai] (8 balls)
14 - tk (8 balls)

That's 45 balls in total. Each ball represents 1 number between 1 and 45. I will generate the random sequence tomorrow night at 10:00 PM EST. I'll post the random sequence and then will look through the numbers and list the order.

If you want, you can select your own lottery balls. If you have somebody else's pick, please separate your number lists. For teams with multiple balls, when your top number in the sequence is allocated to a draft spot, the rest of your balls become void.

Any questions at all, just let me know.

wowza... i forgot you landed Brian's pick. i don't recall as good of odds to land the top pick.

Trying to think back and why I went with these odds. I know I was concerned about tanking and didn't want managers to tank in the playoffs; thus, using regular season standings. Also didn't want the bottom teams to pretty much lock themselves into top picks by tanking.

Any thoughts on this lotto system for next year? I was thinking that we should reward the champ with a couple of lottery balls and maybe the consolation champ with an extra lottery ball.

So, we have 2 managers who have yet to make their drops: Kohanz and Insfo. Emails have been sent. To avoid a Gallinari situation, I'm giving them until Saturday July 3rd at 10pm EST to make their cuts (they luck out because I'm traveling). If they do not make their cuts by then, I will make the following add/drops for them:

Kohanz
Drops Leon Powe
Adds Luol Deng

Insfo
Drops Toney Douglas and Brandon Rush
Adds Ricky Rubio and Yao Ming

In the future, I propose the following change to the end of the season cuts. If you do not make a cut to make room for your IL guy in time, you lose your IL guy automatically. That should help us avoid any issues I think.

I went through half the season having forgotten I had Skai's pick. I kept waiting for my team to get health which never happened. So finally, I decide this was the draft to make a move and grabbed one more pick.

Only a 1 in three chance at the top pick. I think its about 37.5% at a top two. I figured it out at one point but can't remember.

I am still accepting trade offers if anyone is interested.
