Dr. Z picked the Giants to win with no reasoning other than a "hunch" in this week's SI.

Yeah, we can't lose.

Z's not a NY homer though.

The Patriots have this game, no doubt. Giants don't stand a chance. New England usually starts out slow but picks up their play as the game goes along.
GO Patriots!

I really wanted to do a write-up for this game but everywhere I've turned, I've been beaten to death with previews and strategies and what-have-yous. So I'll spare you guys (and me from just regurgitating cogitations).

Only 6 posts for the Patriots board official Super Bowl thread?
Come on Jesus, give everyone something controversial to chew on.

I think much like the past playoff games the Giants will keep it close till about the start of the 4th quarter. Then the Pats will pull away.

Pats 35
Giants 24

I wonder if the Patriots toyed with the Giants and beat them by only three so they'd have a false sense of accomplishment going into the Super Bowl. Bill Belichick predicts the future after all.

Years from now we're probably going to know a lot more about exactly how big a ****ing genius Belichick is, and it'll involve stuff that is unfathomable right now, like the concept of toying with the Giants in Week 17.
