Wade: Miami or Chicago

Lebron: Cleveland, Chicago, NY or NJ.

The good news is that Chicago is still in the running for all three. The bad news is that Chicago can still get completely shut out.

In my humble opinion, Wade & Bosh will end up in Chicago, with LeBron signing a 3-year deal at Cleveland ... NJ will get their chance in 3 years, once they move to Brooklyn ... As for NY and Miami, c'est la vie ... Stoudemire and Boozer will be their franchise players ...

That's a guess. Its a good guess based on a lot of quality information, but its still just a guess. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Miami got both, Lebron stayed in Cleveland and the Bulls got completely shut out.

It also wouldn't surprise me if Chicago got two of Lebron, Wade and Bosh and went on to rule the NBA for almost a decade.

I doubt Lebron will sign a short term deal in fact I doubt any of the big three and possible other free agents like Boozer, Amare, and etc. They all want to lock up before the new CBA I can not see that happening with Lebron.

Zero chance Lebron goes to Miami??

Zip. Zilch. Zero. Nada.

Bosh wants his full max contract. Wade wants his. I doubt Lebron takes a real small deal and I don't think he wants to be Wade's #2 in Miami. Beyond that, I haven't read one credible reporter write down Lebron -> Miami in the last 48 hours since their presentation.

Well if he does.... I got you as my sig, coldfish!

I don't claim to be an expert, but I do know a thing or two about Russian billionaires owning a sport's team ... Unfortunately for the Nets' 2010 free agent plans, Mikhail Prokhorov has arrived a bit late on the scene ... However, he is a serious player and the NBA will feel that in the next couple of years ... If LBJ wants to play in the ''Mecca'', on a contending team, the Brooklyn Nets would be his best bet ...

Honestly I really hope we gave Bosh the weekend to decide and if he doesn't we just move on to Boozer. The difference between Bosh and Boozer is minimal. It's also not worth the risk.

I feel we need to come out with one impact player and the available impact players are LBJ, Wade, Bosh and Boozer. As long as we land Boozer, even if Wade and LBJ say no, the 16.5-18mil we'll have to fill out the roster, already having Rose-Deng-Boozer-Noah, we can put a team out there to compete for the ECF and maybe more.

So pretty much if Bosh has no answer by tonight, we agree to terms tomorrow with Boozer, wait for Wade or LBJ and than go from there.

You would have to think that if DWADE wanted to come here for his kids it would be quite simple to arrange a sign and trade.

I mean the Miami FO is top notch, there extremely LOYAL , and I'm sure given the circumstances they will arrange for Wade to be with his kids.

No chance Riley gives Wade a sign and trade.

What, is he going to change the cap rules for the Nets by bribing the commissioner with knock off blue jeans? You could look at other brash "do whatever it takes to win" owners like Marc Cuban and you know it takes more than risk-taking and money to win... it takes a little bit of luck, a little bit of timing, great scouting and coaching... many things out of an owner's locus of control. And the biggest risks, when they don't turn out in the NBA, strangle your cap for 5 years and prevent you from making any other moves to advance your team.

At the end of the day, its better to have a guy who is trying to win at the head of the organization than someone who treats it only as an investment... and I'm sure that the Russian owner of the Nets wants to win, that this is his new hobby and challenge in life... but that makes him no different than a whole bunch of other franchises who also have aggressive owners who are willing to pay luxury tax.

The only thing they want is what they will not get. So a S&T for Wade has zero percent of happening.

And I prefer being a legitimate contender for the next decade instead of the next few years. But hey, I guess we'll see what happens.

Well, knowing the way they operate, he will probably offer Phil Jackson $20 million per season ... At the same time, he will heavily overpay for all the top executives required to run the franchise ... I will give you one example: When Roman Abramovich bought the soccer team FC Chelsea back in 2003, the first thing he did was to hire the CEO of Manchester United, the most successful soccer team in the previous decade ... How did he do that ? He has tripled his salary ...

I'm pretty much thinking the same thing, but the problem is Boozer is in my opinion the type to follow the money, and I don't think he'll sign unless we give him the max if he knows that there are teams out there still with cap space willing to spend the money on him - like NY.
