That statement alone explains what I've been saying about Mason all this time.
The guy thinks he's more than just a shooter. When the Spurs brought him in, they rave about his ability to create offensively and they talk about his ballhandling ability. Now the guy thinks he's Jordan. His ability to create involves the pick and role which ends up him shooting a 3 point jumpshot. His ballhandling ability? This is the NBA... As a guard, you have to be able to handle the ball, but he's got average ballhandling skills and no court vision. None.
I am so glad he's out of San Antonio. I do not want him taking minutes away from James Anderson or George Hill.
