I think it'd be a fine trade. We get a very good starting PG and a solid rotation combo guard. That's two good pieces at an increase of only $2.7M from what we've got in Beasley+Chalmers if my math is correct. That still leaves us with a lot of room to play with for a starting C, SF, and role players.
Especially in this FA market, where a guy like Steve Blake got $16M over 4 years with the Lakers, I'd much rather have someone like Miller for $7.5M than paying someone like Felton $5-6M a year for multiple years. Besides, his '11-'12 salary is a team option, so worst case scenario he doesn't really fit and you don't pick the option up at the end of the season.
