Brysol>>Wash

Although Wade+Bosh are a younger and more athletic version of Bryant+Gasol, ill take experience and savyness anyday. Their potential down the road is pretty scary though but they still need key complimentary players. Maybe they will pursue D-Fish?

But first things first, we'll see if this report is true.

it's true, and this is far less of a threat than LeDouche, Wade, Bosh in Miami (which was a pipe dream from the start) or even Wade, Bosh joining Rose/Noah. It makes Miami a contender I guess, but doesn't even make them the best team in the East IMO.

I will say that it's only a matter of time before Spolstra gets a family so he can stop coaching to spend more time with them.

If Wade & Bosh end up signing with Miami and Lebron winds up signing with Cleveland, then that is almost a best case scenario for the Lakers. Cleveland will be the same as last year and Miami will be Wade, Bosh and a bunch of scrubs.

Still can't believe Chicago will get suck with someone like Carlos Boozer seeing as they were by far the best team on paper with cap space.

This is good news for us. I've always thought that LeBron and Bosh would have made an excellent pairing, and this (if true) prevents that from happening.

That said, Miami will be a very good team next year, and IMO they have to be one of the favorites to come out of the East. Bosh always seems to destroy Howard and no one in the EC has an answer for Wade.

The key for them is to resign a few players (like JO & Haslem, for cheap) and possibly bring in some veteran role players for cheap (Bell can be had).

Don't be surprised if Miller joins them as well.

Miami would definitely be considered the winners of the 2010 off-season if all of this holds up.

Excellent pick up by Miami. Love that team. Hope they come out of the East next season.

Remember that Miami had the ability to sign two max free agents along with Wade. If Chris Bosh goes directly, they keep Chalmers and Beasley, plus have money to spend. I could easily see players like Bell signing on or Mike Miller even. Haslem will be back. They just need a serviceable center like a Brad Miller or Gortat. Heck, Shaq could make a return to South Beach now. Maybe pick up a Ridnour, or Felton... heck Riley will try to sway Fisher to come join them and give guidance to Chalmers. I think Miami can bring in some nice pieces with the left over money and be formidable. The Lakers will still be better though from having played together more. If Lebron is smart, he will choose Chicago. Cleveland trying to get Bosh and failing shows that he will not be able to attract any additional talent there (UNLESS Boozer wants to come along... fat chance after he left them once in his career). The Bulls could get Lebron and Boozer, though a rookie coach is the only scary part. Cleveland does have that going for them. Nets have no chance. Ultimately. Lakers feel good if Lebron stays in Cleveland.

Yeah I think Miami is back. Mike Miller stalled on the Laker offer cos he was waiting to see what Wade and LeBron we up to first. I can see him signing with LeBron somewhere if not in Cleveland. Otherwise Miller is headed to Miami. Same goes for Boozer if James leaves Cleveland I see Boozer following James to NYC or CHICA-go.

But I like this Miami team already.

This is great News for us Lakers fans.

Lebron and Bosh would have been good(and if they would have went to the Bulls with Rose and Noah).
Wade and Bosh are good together but they will need more to stop us.
Lebron to Cleveland or Bulls is not scary.

I say Lebron signs for 2 years with Cleveland because he loves to be free agend.

Miami will still need shooters - especially from the perimeter. Even if they somehow get Labron, that will remain a small deficiency.

If LBJ stays home or heads to NYC, I would presume (as others have stated) that Miller (Wizards) will be a top priority for them.

I definitely agree that this is good news for us. At the beginning of this free agency i picked lebron and bosh to go to chicago together, which would have been a team that could then contend with us. With bosh pairing with wade and...well thats about all miami has now. I dont fear that team at all, nor do i fear any team lebron now picks if hes not paired with wade or bosh. This is great news. We'll be the clear favorite to 3peat, but how bout we get freakin Fish back!

I think its safe to say that the wild free agency moves we expected to experience this summer will go in to full throttle Thursday night Friday morning. By Sunday night the NBA could possibly reshaped it self for 2011. Lakers should either got right with Fisher or at least selected an alternative by then. Stop me if you think I am rushing things but I really think things are gonna just start falling into place after James announces where he will lay his head.

The landscape has not really changed. James will be back in cleveland I bet. Heat add one player, wade was already there. Raps will now not be anything. Knicks add A'mare and really nothing else so far. Sun lost a great player and add some OK players. Really the balance is still in the Lakers favor.
