What is it with you and your moral preaching? He's an NBA player, his job description is travel 50% of the time for about 6-7 months and then get 5 months off. Its easy for us to say "deserting his kids" but what if it were the other way around and his kids were in Miami?

Why do you give a s**t?

More to the point, it was him who put together the "kids" angle. I'm just holding him to the standard he set.

I really don't know? :D I just think that I need to vent my frustration with Bosh and Wade on someone and you seemed like a good candidate because it appeared that you only posted 0.7 times per year. My bad, I'll lay off bashing the moral highground and let my cooler head prevail tomorrow when LeBRON signs with the BULLS!

For all the "sky is falling" stuff going on around here, it should be noted that, if Lebron stays in Cleveland, this will have been two years worth of angst resulting in a whole lot of PF roulette and nothing more.

I don't want to get into jabs at each other's cities. That stuff is pointless.

Wade and Bosh have been talking to each other for months, Chicago was never in the running and anything Wade says boils down to his comments about the Bulls being unloyal. He never had an intention to come here and personally they made this announcement because Lebron schedule some 1 hour special. They wanted to push Lebron into making a harder choice and maybe consider Miami. I hope it backfires and I hope Lebron sticks it to them by staying in Cleveland or going NY(or better yet come to Chicago).

Point is all these guys are egomaniacs who crave attention. Good on them for playing the system as well as they did. But there is no need to spin it any other way.

Ok. Sure thing.
Could it be they chose Miami because its owner isn't a tightwad, members of the front office don't go around punching coaches in the face, the weather is freaking awesome, the women are freaking beautiful and the state government doesn't see fit to charge us a personal income tax?
Oh ... and South Beach is exactly five minutes from American Airlines Arena.
Have fun freezing your tails off in the winter.
And getting knocked out in the first round next year.

No, one guy chose what he was always going to choose, more money on the contract. The other guy, is a flake and a dupe, otherwise he would've chosen Chicago and winning

Lebron is flying down here tonight. He will be a member of the Heat.

How does it feel in Chi-town today boys?

Why did you trade Kirk again? I bet you want to go back on that crap deal.

Miami Thrice coming to win the East for the next 10 years. Maybe call pippen and see if he will make a comeback.

Classy.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

Wade says "there was a time where things kind of swung" to the Bulls but that Bosh wanted to play in Miami.

If Bosh cares more about living that kind of lifestyle over winning championships than I am glad we didn't get him. We want winners on this time and Bosh hasn't proven jack in this league when it comes to leading a team. I would have liked Bosh but I don't think the dropoff is that large between Bosh and Boozer.

Damon Stoudemire, Marcus Camby, Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, Chris Bosh, Ed Davis in five years, so, and so on. Excuse me if the Bulls don't feel like giving up their 2nd best player on a possibility. If we knew for a fact that Bosh would come to Chicago with or without James, fine, but there was no guarantee. It maybe easy for Toronto to give up it's best players for nothing, it is not easy for the Bulls.

Wade said at least 3 times Bosh picked Miami. Not that he had to twist Wade's arms I'm sure. :)

I grew up in Chicago, live in NY and have a place in Miami. I have seen the ladies of all 3 cities and can tell you that they are all great looking. All three are cosmopolitan cities so what would you expect.

New York has decent weather and the winters are not as bad as Chicago but Chicago really has 1+ really bad months (in most years). Miami has great weather in the winter but May-September are pretty unbearable in terms of the heat and humidity, whereas as Chicago and NY are awesome.

Chicago is the best summertime location as many from Manhattan are off to the Hamptons.

All in all, no, not everyone drives swamp buggies in Florida but far more do in central/south florida than in NY or Chicago.

Bosh is a whiny little bish.

PS Apparently Bosh is more important to Wade than his kids...nice.

Return to Chicago Bulls
