Broussard said during the season the thought was Bosh would go to Miami with Wade. So this move is not a surprise really.

Here's to a long and lengthy battle between players and owners over the new CBA, thus meaning a long and lengthy strike/lockout.

I dont think Miami (with Wade and Bosh) is better than Cleveland (with LeBron).

i think the frontrunners for Lebron are gonna be Knicks (sadly) and Bulls.. dont see him resigning if he is really serious about winning like his peers.. The aquisition of Amare at least gives them a decent selling point (Gallinari??). i think ultimately Lebron wanted to stay in Cleveland what with trying to recruit Bosh and all but now i think hes a goner. But hell what do i know im just a ballboy

Hearing Wade tell Wilbon talk about how his heart is in Chicago hurts to hear.

Miami fan here. Took a crap for a few days there before this.

tbh I would really enjoy LeBron in Chicago, or maybe Boozer. I want the Beasts of the East back. If we can get Miami, Chicago, New York and add them to the already beastly Orlando and Boston, I expect the trophies to be in our conference for years to come. Good luck in the chase!
The views and opinions expressed herein are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Miami Heat fans, the Miami Heat Organization, or it's employees.

completely agree on the sentiment re Bosh and the sacrifice for winning (as in he may fold when it really counts)

disagree on Boozer, his injury history will keep him from making a big difference on the Bulls (I mean stranger things have happened, but his leg problems are chronic from what I understand)

Well as soon as we found out Wade and Bosh were tied, it was trouble. :( :)

I really hope UC fans stop giving Wade the hometown welcome.

My heart is in Chicago . . . unless Chris Bosh wants to party on South Beach.

Yes, it's disappointing that Wade didn't join the Bulls, but this was expected, my friend. We should all just forget about Wade and his girlfriend.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

1. Let's not get on our high horses and criticize Wade for being a 'bad father' because he's staying in Miami. Anyways, how many 'good fathers' are there in the NBA? :D

2. We were foolish to believe the hype. All these free agents were/are really close. They played together on the olympic team and hang out otherwise. For the Bulls to overcome not only the financial obstacles, the 'Miami factor', and the attraction of playing with friends as opposed to just up and coming players, would have required one of these guys to have a huge change of heart. It was too much.

3. Lebron takes a step down in GOAT consideration if he goes to Miami IMO. To me, it's the much easier way out. At least with him going back to Cleveland you can kind of say that he stayed loyal to the franchise that drafted him (even though it may be the $$$ or his friends' sway).
2024: Maybe there's some hope?

DWade and Bosh just said on ESPN that they'd take less money if LeBron wants to join them

It's not our high horse. Wade put himself on the high horse.

Then he jumped off.

Wade's comments. Wade's words.
