I don't buy the bull. LeBron is not going to Miami. There has been nothing but speculation and source misdirection going on this first week of free agency, but if I can't believe the Miami frontrunner rumors, I also can't believe the New York frontrunner rumors either.

BTW, if LeBron doesn't come I think New York should keep Lee. NY's interior defense will be a joke, but their rebounding will be an even better joke if Lee isn't retained. I don't know if a Stoudemire/Gallinari frontline can avoid getting outrebounded every game. NY's only hope would be the perimeter players helping on the board. (I'm saying this because I was watching a Suns/Knicks game on my DVR last night, and Lee's rebounding ability is a lot better than Amare's.)

I'm glad the LeBron saga will be over tonight. BTW, no Melo for NY. The guy is signing that extension because of the uncertainty of potential lock out next off-season.

Him going to the Heat is far preferable to me to the Bulls or Nets, but it's not good for the game.

I was expecting Amar'e's press conference would be held at a later time, now my hopes of him and LBJ having conference together diminished but probably LeBron wanted his press conference to be all about him.
