"During the morning program “Coffee or Tea” aired on TVP1, Polish national team and the Orlando Magic Marcin Gortat said that he received news that he would be traded to another club.
Asked whether the club is unable to guarantee him a place in the starting five, Gortat just smiled mysteriously.
Later, he said that he will be traded to Minnesota.

“I do not know how much truth in this, waiting for further news. Timberwolves is the second worst team in the NBA, but they play in her talent. I guarantee you that if I had a chance to play there, it will be fantastic” added Gortat. "

Interesting. He is fairly athletic for his size and can play both PF and C..... hmmm

I would like it, as long as we don't give up Al for him...Not sure why we would trade for him unless it was Pekovic we were dealing? Gortat is a very good man defender, good rebounder, Huge Nose.

This would be terrible. Gortat is one of the worst contracts in the NBA. He's a 10-20 minutes per game backup C set to make almost 30 million over the next 4 years.

its very debatable whether its credible or not.... I did find it via Rube Chat.

That bein said, now that Lee is all but gone, Gortat would be interesting depending on the deal.

hes actually a great player, dont judge him based on his minutes. he'd play more minutes on any other team in the nba

Very true on the minutes. Its not his fault he has to back up Dwight Howard.
