Ya know we could probably get a good deal if we contact the group tickets box office. I know the guy who runs the Official Nets Facebook group I think works for the Nets. We could probably get some deals through him as well.

yeh I remember but seriously, treiz would of probably took two awards home, but we didnt want his head to get too big...you and treiz definitely win the overseas award for a Nets fan...we do admire how you guys follow the Nets while living outside of North America and still stay on top of things with the time difference...Cruz as well, who we recently saw posting again...

maybe next year we can expand on the awards categories...Including possibly the HOV award...

Thanks for the kind words JJ on the post before, and through that why didn't you just give me the 2 awards? I won't get too big-headed, after all you did say I'm the most well-mannered here

If we sign the Lebron heck i'll swim accross the pacific. Then run, Forrest Gump style, accross to Newark just in time for oening night. But knowing my age and stamina I'll make it for his last game of his five year contract! So **** it. I'll just rob a bank! It will be worth doing time for! lol

my apologies...some how this morning I copied and pasted the last rough draft (yes there was several) and never changed your award from 6th man, which we never liked, TO...check it out...

This wasnt very easy, especially getting all the names right, ect...I lik to get some feedback from you guys...Rich and I actually played around with a couple different Award names for yours Speedy...6th man was the start, but we had decided that the top 3 awards would be names after fomer Nets fans with an implied theme attached...again my bad, you deserved this award, especially this year...

Definitely love coming to this board, I feel like I really know some of you guys on here, definitely has the family and friends vibe to it which some of the other boards and sites lack. Maybe it's just because we're such a small and dedicated group that has somehow stuck with this franchise through the ups and downs. It's funny, cause when I'm hanging out with my friends they all talk about the Yankees and the Giants, a few the Jets and every time I bring up the Nets and they're like, "Oh this guy again, can't he give it a rest, we're talking about real teams and sports."

There is no one who came as far as you have over the last year...you took it to another level during a rough season...I thoroughly enjoyed reading your posts, especially the rants and raves...this year's draft thread was classic...I thought you and NF were on a roll for awhile, along with the rest of the board...by the end of the season everyone was mixing it up consistently...

I think we have a very good mix of personalities here and just about perfect contributions from everyone. Maybe there's a reason why Lurk and i dont post a lot, why E was gone for a while, why Hansel left and Rich became the moderator and not Jeff (j/k Jeff :lol:

), why vince liked Bass so much (j/k vince :lol:

). No seriously, it just makes perfect sense... Imagine what would happen if there's like 20 vincecarter4prez, esp. during draft time when he was so upset? Or what about 20 E's? Realgm wouldnt have enough space to supply his long (but VERY informative) posts, there wont be no more trolls or probably the word "troll" wouldve never been used never again, and my Filipino brother (Speedy) would've ended up dealing with 20 father figure E's. I probably wont be able to handle it.

I think everyone's contributions are like a huge family having their own homework in the house. If one's washing the dishes, somebody else is mowing the lawn, and if the other one is cleaning the bathroom, others are sweeping the floor and doing the laundry.

But while everything else is running smoothly, i feel like a Marine losing a brother In combat and i wish NetForce couldve handled the issue differently and still wouldve been with us because eventhough i never really clicked with him, he's still one of the best and i, again, thank him for making me a RJ ava. He made game thread more exciting and i still have the Nets calendar schedule he made last season on my PC as a background with TWill on it. Now it wont be the same if i dont get one this season which i suppose will be more exciting. Maybe, this time, i'll count on Halfhavoc, who is also great.

I've been here since 02, was a regular and an avid poster for about four and half years, and have been on and off ever since. I deserve a better award damn it... That's it, I'm pulling a Lebron and joining the Heat board...
