If this crap is true, I'm telling you Gilbert would have experienced death of his mom, suspension, near-serious jail time but also years probation; along with a huge fall from grace as a player.

I hope for his sake moreso than me as a fan of a pretty hapless team that Gil didn't re-tear his ACL.

For a guy that young with that kind of ego, it will be devastating if he did.
