I just got off the phone with Otis! He says he just found the perfect target to roundhouse kick the Miami Heat!

Cmon, I have bled blue since the begining, and have usually stayed hopeful, but this is not a time for sunshine, this is a time for realism and understanding that to keep up big changes need to be made, unless our goal for the next 5 to 7 years is just to get to the playoffs.

Hilarious

You start off with a sarcastic retort that isn't even remotely accurate. I said they had GREAT overall teams. How does that translate to being one trick ponies.

God, if you guys are priding yourselves on being realistic, then actually be accurately realistic.

You guys must have a very loose definition of a superstar. You are trying to tell me Lakers, Celtics, Heat, Pistons and Spurs have had more than one superstar in their championship seasons....LMAO.

Sorry but stacked teams win championships.....not top heavy teams.

Miami is going to live at the FT line.. Not only did they get some of the top players, they got the top players that get whatever call they want, and will travel and do whatever they want to win this championship. You really think Stern will let this team self implode?

And this is how they sign Miller.

Miller is a lethal shooter. Imagine the open looks he'll get with that trio :(.

No, what I am telling you is they had more talent than the other teams. So does Miami and the Lakers. We do not, that is my point.

Hey, my intention is not to pick a fight with you. We are all Magic fans. I just disagree that we realistically stand a chance in a seven game series against the Heat or for that matter the Lakers as we are currently constructed.

We can agree to disagree on that with time proving who is correct. Next season will be here soon.

You expect him to be taking big shots in Miami? They sign Miller, then the line of vets chasing a title lineup for the vet minimum. Shaq, Big Z, Jay Will, Brad Miller...

Why would you disagree with that when I never stated otherwise? I have only talked about the Heats chances to win it all, and not about a matchup against Orlando.

I haven't stated it but deep down even though i hate to admit it, I think the Celtics will beat them if they stay healthy and play the way they did this playoffs. Because that sort of team basketball and cohesive tough defense is exactly what will take down the Heat. That is my point.

Is Otis really that good of a GM? He signed Rashard to his contract and he traded for Vince...

I hate being that guy but can you give me like three examples? The Alston deal was great but what else?
