Well, when we aren't playing in the NBA Finals what will you do? Turn off the TV? Watch the game with no vested interest? Or root for a remaining team?

Like I said, I'll be rooting for the Heat. Not buying a jersey or calling them my favorite team, just hope they stop Kobe from winning 6 and Maybe bring Shaq and Bell along with them. I also will be rooting for Amare to do well too.

So I guess I am a Knicks bandwagon guy too.

i rather see kobe get his sixth then lebron get his 1st

Right there with you Nando... right there. This was a punkass self serving maneuver James pulled last night. He took a big ol Dump on his home town.... a Cleveland Steamer...with this self serving egostunt called a presser. F him....

all these announcers crawling all over them selves about how the 3 scrooges will have to sacrifice... all could have gotten max deals.... but are taking paycuts.... MY ASSSSSS.... why dont they work for 5 mill, so that the ring chasing scrubbers and Vets who sign on at the minimums can make a little more dough ??? I hope for a prima donna implosion and that the rest of the league takes note as to what media hos these guys are.

What a circus they put on. All they need now is Shaq.

I wont watch but 2 games of theirs... home and away.

+100 for Frank. Implosion is imminent.

Power struggle is inevitable.. These guys aren't 12 year veterans like with the Celtics, they are young guys still growing as NBA players and each still with something to prove.

As for Randolph, he is only 20 years old and has all the upside in the world.

As for the Laker/Heat talk, Id rather see the Lakers win. At least Kobe stayed with his team even during the down seasons when he coulda easily left. Unlike James, Kobe at least has dedication and worked to make the best outta his team (althought the gift of Gasol helped) I hope James never gets a ring, and Bosh is one of the most overrated big men in this league IMO. Wade is the only guy on that team id like to see get a ring, but not at the expense of LeBron ever getting one.

I'm impressed, mad, but impressed. I don't know why GS got so hot and heavy for Lee in the later hours, but they overpayed... not for talent, but given the situation.

New York was going to let Lee walk (and I got the impression were fine with that decision), but instead they come out of it with three players almost tailor-made to run in D'antoni's system.

Wow.

PG - Douglas
SG - Azubuike / Walker
SF - Gallinari / Chandler
PF - Stoudemire / Randolph
C - Turiaf / Curry

Just need a PG and a true C.... hmmmm. New Orleans?

And also, the bolded players were those they had under contract before the trade..... ouch.

That's because Sarver made his reputation as the sucker of trades in this league already. That's why GS BS'ed us with Curry pick in the first place. With such reputation, all you could do is to overpay Banks, Warrick, Frye.

I'd rather see the Suns win a championship before Lebron does and Kobe 3peat'ing again. But I can say, I'm really not impressed with the way LBJ left, he bailed on his team and quit during the playoffs.

But c'mon guys, let's not pretend Kobe would've stayed with the Lakers if the Lakers didn't pull off one of the great daylight robbery trades in NBA history.
