You start that ish again and I'll leave this board. I swear you'll never hear from me again, and that'll show you.

I'll admit to being a little PTSD about all the injury karma this franchise has had for the last ... oh, three decades or so. That whole Gilbert ACL thing yesterday didn't help things. Neither did watching that old youtube clip of Jeff Ruland going down (basically never to get up again as the same NBA player) that someone had put up as part of a Manute tribute.

Hopefully Wall goes and runs circles around the competition in summer league and I get a nice steaming pile of crow to munch on. Heck I've been waiting for an excuse to head to McDonald's and get me some of that mustard dipping sauce now that they've got it coming out of those nifty pump dispensers.

Glibert got his ACL injured yesterday? Don't you think if it was something that big we would have heard about it by now?

Anyhow- I found really good news about John Wall. The sky may not be falling yet. This gives me hope.

Wall sat out the Friday morning session after falling and straining his groin in the practice the night before, but was back on the floor for the evening session. "Full go," Saunders said in a text message. "Looked great. His speed is unbelievable."

Wall is expected to be in action when the Wizards face the Golden State Warriors at Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Las Vegas on Sunday. Wall said that he plans to play all five games because, "I want to play every minute of every game."

"It's not important for me to play every minute, it's just go out there and play my style of basketball and run the team and try to win games," Wall said. "We got other good point guards on the team. We got Jerome Randall, and the [Lester] Hudson kid. It's a lot of guys that can take my spot away."
