Will the Giants get some love in Madden 09?

Post#1 » by I_Love_NYK » Fri Feb 8, 2008 5:28 am

1. Will Eli get an overall rating higher than 86? ( He should get a Cannon Arm)

2. Will Justin Tuck finally get some love? (He should definitely be rated a 90 or above)

3. Ahmad Bradshaw should get a higher rating then where he is right now.

4. Is David Tyree gonna be a Spectacular Catch receiver making "The Catch" lol.

Well, in 08 they're ratings were correct. Eli deserved his mid 80 rating, maybe he'll get 90. Tuck is like 60 something, and I agree he should definitely hit 90 at least 88. Ahmad Bradshaw was a 6th rounder and his rating, rightfully so, sucked. I think he'll be around 84. Tyree will stay the same lol.

They gave the Giants a lot of love with the last roster update

Eli is rated 87
Tuck is rated 88
Our whole Oline is above 90

They had everybody rated pretty accurate except I think they had Smith and Boss rated too low

I can see Smith and Boss cracking the 78-81 range. Our O-line will definitely get some love, funny how Chris Snee is rated a 94 yet he has no special attribute.

Let alone ratings, who will be this year's cover boy.

Vince Young did get a minor injury and did not do well statistically.

A better question will be whether or not FOOTBALL fans will get some love, and EA actually put out a competent product, and not force fans to endure a product that is worse now than it was before they had the exclusive license. Current Madden is the love child product by an incestuous relationship between hardcore Madden fans who have this warped idea of what is "fun" in a football game. This love child thinks it is a GREAT idea to eliminate a coach only mode, or even a demo mode where you get to have two sides play against each other and watch. They think it is GREAT, because the hardcore fans just can't wait to say: "Learn how to play the game LOSER!"

Can't wait for EA not to have the license exclusive any longer. That will likely be never.

Alright Osi and Strahan have both Power Move and Finesse move, and Tuck is a 90 now. How did Madison go up to 88, oh well Webster and Ross got some nice ratings up also.

Ross' ratings boost is well deserved, as well as Tuck and Eli.

How the hell did sammy get an 88?! I didn't know being on the sidelines in a warm up suit is worthy of a ratings boost!!

James Butler and Kevin Dockery got a nice boost also. I am surprised that R.W. McQuarters or Reggie Torber did not get a boost.
