D-Wright to Golden State

Post#1 » by Lane1974 » Sat Jul 10, 2010 8:54 pm

GSW close to signing of Dorell Wright to three-year deal. Wright is true SF so Dubs feel he's priority over matching Morrow offer from NJN

he would've been nice off the bench...but I won't lose any sleep over it if he doesn't come back.

Meh. probably a good situation for him. I really did want to keep him though.

I think he's going to flourish in that system. A run and gun system to utilize his athleticism is exactly what he needs. Good luck to him.

He would have gotten a ton of nice looks/passes from Wade/LBJ/Bosh, but no major loss. He has yet to become a consistent player IMO.

Edit:
He should get some great opportunities in GS, more money than here, and he's back in his home state. I wish him well.

He played well last year. On a team where most players had to deal with the stress of speculating on their short term futures...

Can't discount the fact that more stability, and starpower + a national spotlight can motivate such players to perform at unexpectedly high levels.

So he gets to go back to his home state and get paid at the same time. That's a pretty good deal.

His penis was too small to stay on this team.

Long dongs need only apply.

First of all, congrats you guys. Holy :censored: the SuperBestFriends are going to be fun to watch.

Any info you could give me on Dorell's game? From what I can gleam it looks like he's long and pretty athletic, and you guys seem to like him.

I would NOT call him long by any means. Wink wink, nudge nudge.
