Is there no security measures in-place ???

The Cleveland Cavaliers forum has been attacked, and has had over 75 troll threads created, totally screwing up the forum. It is hard enough to keep the forum interesting for other users without having to deal with these idiots who create accounts using proxies.

Add coding that prevents people from signing up using a proxy (ANY PROXY).

Also, there are some other measures that could/should be added to prevent this sort of thing. If help is needed, PM me. If it isn't, then could you please do something about these idiots?
