I remember when Wahle was a beast on Packers O-Line. Sigh, age is a dirty player.
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

I really would love the Giants to take a shot at Dan Morgan. I believe he would really flourish in Spagnoulo's system, but he has to stay healthy for a full season.
Wasn't there a report that the Phins wanted to keep Trent Green around for next season? I'm not complaining, I thought the trade was a huge mistake in the first place.

What I heard was that the Phins would be open to bringing him back at a much cheaper cost.

This move actually shocked me. There had been rumors flying around all season that this would be Thomas' last season, due to his possible retirement, but being cut by the Dolphins was really a stunner.
I know the new front office is trying to move this franchise in a new direction quickly, but cutting one of the cities most beloved players of the last decade is simply idiotic, IMHO. I don't necessarily want to say that this new FO is trying to abandon their fanbase, but they're coming pretty damn close.
I wouldn't be surprised if they move Jason Taylor this offseason as well.
I'm not a Dolphins fan in the least, but I'm even angered by what is happening to this team.

I'm f**king pissed off about the Dolphins, and I don't care if you think it's irrational. What a f**king cheap shot to hand Zach Thomas (who's still a productive linebacker even though he's nowhere close to his prime). He is, to me, the face of the Miami Dolphins, even moreso than Jason Taylor. He's a throwback from the Dan Marino days who personified the requisite toughness and instinct for being a linebacker in the NFL.
Thomas should now be headed straight to the Hall of Fame, where he has every right to spit on Parcells and still be cheered on by the city of Miami.

I'm right there with you, PNF.
