Rubio or Die Trying

Who's in?

This is the Official Rick Rubio movement. Maybe enough interest here can open some eyes at MLSE. Ricky Rubio needs Toronto, and the Raptors need Ricky Rubio.

You're looking at a game changing point guard right off of the bat, somebody who will fit right in with our athletic lineup and give us hope once again.

He can definitely be had.

a) He does not want to play in Minny

b) He would relish the opportunity of playing in a world class city such as Toronto with Colangelo at the helm and European players like Bargs, Belli, Diaw.

c) If that poster was correct that his cousins do indeed know Rubio wants to play for us (don't dismiss this, remember the Hedo thing?)...then we have ourselves something to look forward to

I like this movement! We're going to weed out posters left and right with this "Noah or die trying", and "Rubio or die trying" crap.

Incidentally if we're going to post ridiculous fantasy "or die trying" claims can we at least go with Kevin Durant or Derrick Rose, or John Wall?

This is what you don't understand my friend. This isn't fantasy.

a) Ricky Rubio DOES NOT WANT TO PLAY for Minny, they have 0 leverage. Welcome to pro sports.

b) His value is obviously nowhere near the players you've mentioned as they are untouchable, so quit exaggerating.

The longer they wait, the more the value to his rights drops. Remember, you're essentially just trading for his rights, and still have to do the buyout.

Now, let's weed you out.
