Mentioned this in the PG thread as well, but I was curious as to what everyone's opinion would be:

How about Jose for Andre Miller?

Miller would be a great fit with our young athletes. He'd have a similar role here as he did in Philly. We could become a running team, with a fantastic passer who can throw ally-oops as well as anyone.

I know Miller learned to play with Roy as the season went on and seemed to be happy by the end, but I still don't think it's a perfect fit. Jose could play off of the ball and space the floor for Roy.

I thought I remembered Portland being interested in Jose back during the Jose/TJ era.

Maybe it's a pipe dream, but I could really see Andre Miller fitting in nicely here for the next two years.

Ortando has been rumoured to be going after Danny Granger for Nelson but reluctant to take back TJ Ford...so what do you guys think of this three-way.

To Toronto:
M. Gortat - $6.3MM (4/yrs)
M. Pietrus - $5.3MM(1/yr)

To Orlando:
Danny Granger - $10.9MM (4/yrs)
J. Calderon - $9.0MM (3/yrs)

To Indiana:
J. Nelson - $7.8 (2/yrs)
R. Evans - $5.0 (1/yr)

Calderon + Evans for Bibby + Williams?

or

Calderon + Evans for Williams + Pachulia

or

Calderon for Foster + Rush

or

Calderon + Belinelli for Chandler + Curry

or

Calderon + MIA 2011 1st Rounder + Cash for Prince

or

Calderon + Evans for Diaw + Henderson/Augustin ?? (if the Bobcats still wanna deal)

or

Calderon + Evans for Foster + Dunleavy?

those are all my ideas.... dont think theres really anything else unless its a 3 team deal

We dont need Wilson Chandler, or Mike Dunleavey or Rush. Bibby plays no defense either and would want more minutes than backup. We dont need a PF. We need an elite level or elite prospect level PG and a Centre. There is really nothing exciting out there. I think T. Chandler and Diaw was about as excited as we're gonna get this offseason

To TOR: Okafor + Collison + Posey
To IND: Calderon
To NOH: Foster + Rush + MIA 2011 1st + Evans + 5.4 million TE (Created)

Collison / Jack / Banks
Derozan / Barbosa / Belinelli
Klezia / Weems / Posey
Bargnani / Davis / Dorsey
Okafor / Johnson / Alabi

i think thats pretty fair. NOH cuts instant salary, gets a nice prospect in Rush, gets a 1st, some cash

Paul / Head
Rush / Thorton
Peja / Pondexter / Wright
West / Evans
Foster / Songila / Brackins

If INdy is trading Rush, in any of those scenarios, I think they'd want the Mia pick

what about this three way

NO gets: Prince and Evans
Det gets: Posey and Jose
TO gets: Okafor and CV

Toronto trade Calderon and Belinelli, recieves Tayshaun Prince.
Detroit trade Hamiltion and Prince, recieve Jose Calderon and Vince Carter.
Orlando trade Vince Carter, recieve Rip Hamiltion and Marco Belinelli.

Worked on trade checker. We get out starting small forward. Detroit get rid of the rest of their old core, and im not sure if orlando want vince gone but he didnt have the best season last campaign.

Jack/Banks/
Demar/Barbosa/Sonny
Prince/Kleiza/
Johnson/Davis/Evans
Bargnani/Dorsey/Alabi

We probably still need to get a centre somehow as well...a real centre.

I'm not sure how much the hornets would want in a trade for Paul, if willing to trade at all but I THINK the Raptors could make a potentially compelling offer that would make them much younger while also much cheaper with loads of potential. That said, I could understand if they don't even think twice about this offer before declining seeing as cp3 is a stud:

Cp3

For

Demar derozan
Ed Davis
Large tpe
Tor 2011 first rd pick

Is this fair value for Paul at all? Would this get new orleans to even think about trading him? I'm not a gm but seeing as they have collison, they would have a very nice young cheap team with a great deal of potential IMO.

Clearly BC is after a PG/C combo and wants to go back to run and gun.

Any interest in a package of players/TPE for Biedrins/Ellis????

Bobcats trades Diaw
Bobcats receive Calderon

Jazz trades Kirilenko
Utah receive Diaw

Toronto trade Calderon and receive AK47

The Bobcats have the new PG, Utah spend less money (they're on luxury after the BigAl move)
