1. Jonny Flynn over Steph Curry (or any of the other superior PGs in the draft class)
2. Babbit and Gomes for Martell Webster
3. Passing on all the centers in this year's draft because he's all in on Darko.
4. Drafting Flynn and Rubio and somehow thinking that they can be a functional backcourt.
5. passing on the number 10 pick for Flynn after he had a full year to realize his mistake
6. Trading Ty Lawson for a future 1st that ends up becoming (along with Gomes) Martell Webster
7. Spending a year lowering Jefferson's value, then dumping him for first rounders
1 and 4 contradict each other, Ricky wouldn't be able to play with Curry or Jennings either. Plus the fact that Curry wanted no part in coming to Minnesota. 3 and 7 are terrible takes, Jefferson lowered his own value by playing like garbage and getting that DUI that everybody seems to have forgotten. I keep hearing "model citizen" but DUI is worse than most NBA players with bad raps have on their records in my humble opinion. To blame Kahn is ridiculous. Point 6: we traded the 18th pick, a pick where the reasonable pick had to be a point guard, for the 16th pick in the next draft. That leaves 5 and 2, I wouldn't have done either personally, but I feel both are debatable and certainly aren't enough to call for Kahns head.
