I can see him going after Iggy, maybe... there isn't much in the way of SG's except flawed ones.. Mayo, Harden? Maybe move ellington and memphis #1 pick back to them for Henry?

Did he use the words "this offseason"? I would assume that the plan now would be

1--Pekovic situation
2- Ridnour/Sessions situation
***wait until near deadline**

move some pieces that do not fit (brewer/ellingson/etc)+ TPE and assets for a star on a team losing money.

Does Kahn expect to make his big splash trade this summer? ooooooooh

I still see Love + Flynn for Mayo + Haddadi. If you prefer substitute Sessions for Flynn.

Not sure if your sources are internal or not, but any idea if this offseason is going as planned for the FO? Not knocking Kahn cause I really don't have much issue with his moves yet this offseason. But I would be curious to know if this offseason is meeting Kahn's expectations, or if different factors have changed his plans.

One thing is for sure, outside of possibly Beasley, they aren't really giving the general public much reason to buy up all those available season ticket plans.

Kahn talked about having to be nimble, which to me means he's trying for an overall result (athletic, young team that can run with Rubio), not getting hung up on trying for any one player. I am really curious to know what trade he has lined up for Sessions. He wouldn't be about to sign Ridenour unless Sessions was already going somewhere.

I would say, considering how FA worked out, yes. We could not get anyone to come visit. Memphis maxed out our best option and that was Gay.

We want to build around rubio. Meaning that we get more athletic and younger. We are taking gambles on high prospects that have not worked out yet. Low risk high reward and we need that.

i'm for going after Iggy. Josh Smith has been floated, and he would be a hell of a pick-up, obviously, but I think Iggy's versatility would fit better with us and he would provide more scoring punch that we lost with Al. i'd be fine if Kahn waited until into the season. in fact, i think that's the wisest move.

let's hope Turner fulfills his promise.

Smith has nice talent, but Iggy fits what we need in a slashing 2/3 that can fit with the shooters.

Wow that is all kinds of terrible. Mayo isn't that good at all. Flynn for Mayo is seriously not that far off.

I agree, I don't think Love goes anywhere unless its for Josh Smith.
Mayo doesn't have Love's value. Big versus little.
maybe Flynn and Ellington, or Kosta

This rebuild is starting to remind me of The Big Dig. Just replace "Boston" with "Twin Cities", "Ted Williams Tunnel" with "Kevin Garnett trade", "Barney Frank" with "Jim Souhan", and "taxpayer" with "ticket holder".
