If this is true then I think the Lakers move on to plan B which is most likely Matt Barnes and then T Mac.

Kobe should've never lowered his standards and talk to this dirtbag. Im so happy he's not on this team. **** him. I would rather have Branes or Tmac over him anyday.

Re: Raja Bell signs with Utah Jazz?
My guess is we go back to Shannon or turn to Ronnie Brewer on a 1 year deal.
Barnes seems to be looking for a bigger payday and I don't know about T-Mac, he looked pretty bad last year.

I don't think we can offer anyone a 1 yr deal... I thought all we have left is the Vet Min which is a 2yr min thing... Or am I missing something?
Never have rice at Hanzo's house...

That's weird, because this youtube was an interview of both players just before dinner.
But it looks like the Jazz had more money to offer. Ah well, can't blame him for getting paid.
I really wanted him though.

so that **** probably made Kobe pay for his dinner, and then left to make some more money on a team that has no chance to win a championship

Dont know about Brewer either the Lakers should just concentrate on bringing Shannon Back or looking at Barnes, Hughes, Tmac , Flip Murray is still out there and guys like that. I guess the longer Brewer is out there his price could go down.

Re: Raja Bell signs with Utah Jazz?
LA has 1.765 left of their MLE. Vet min for a 10+ year vet is 1.3 m
Since most teams still have their MLE and BAE (2.0) the Lakers 1.765 is only attractive to ring chasers.
As for Raja, unless Kobe came right out and said "F You" I truly doubt he already signed with UT. His agent said itd be next week for a decision anyway.
