Raps won't finish last, they are going to be a bad team, maybe 30-33 wins, but not dead last in the East.

4. Hawks
5. Bucks
6. Bulls
7. Cavs
8. Sixers

Miami
Orlando
Atlanta
Celtics
Bulls
Bucks
Then the rest of the trash in the Eastern Conference
“We played them here, we played them there, we played them with their whole team, we played them without their whole team,” said Crawford of the four meetings. “We match up well with those guys. We definitely respect them, but we don’t fear anybody.”

1. Orlando - not ready to knock them down yet, Miami has no answer for Dwight
2. Miami - still need to see how big man rotation works out
3. Chicago - probably most complete team, but until Rose takes next step, no superstar
4. Milwaukee - love this team
5. Boston - age is catching up big time
6. Atlanta - I think they've peaked already
7. New York - Amare is good for a playoff berth
8. Philadelphia - not sold on anyone for this spot really, but I like their pieces

I truly believe Boston had one more good year. They should at least be #2 on everyone's list seeing at they are the defending EC champions..

Rose stated recently that he has developed a consistent 3-point shot. If this is true he will be impossible to guard.

I'm going to tier it, then give my educated guess.

Tier 1:

Miami, Orlando

Tier 2:

Boston, Milwaukee, Chicago, Atlanta

Tier 3:

Charlotte

Tier 4:

Everyone else

I think it is very hard to rank the East after the top 6, but that is my best guess as to right now. I could see everyone below Charlotte between 20-37 wins.

If I had to rank today I'd go:

1. Miami
2. Orlando
3. Chicago
4. Milwaukee
5. Boston
6. Atlanta
7. Charlotte
8. Philly (wouldn't be surprised at whoever made it here)
9. New York
10. Detroit
11. Cleveland
12. Indiana
13. New Jersey
14. Washington
15. Toronto

1- Miami .. When you have 2 of the top 3 players in the game plus another to 10 -15 on one team, is hard not to put this team as number one.

2- Orlando .. Some may claim that Miami has no answer to DH, but try finding an answer to LBJ, Wade and Bosh. Still the Magic is elite and a top 2.

3- Boston .. Has experience and is a proven winner. Until proven otherwise, they are still a top 3 in the East.

4- Chicago .. Pieces were added although pieces were also given away. A complete team with very good star players but no superstar.

5- Milwaukee .. Talented team that surprised many of us last season. Should continue its success.

6- Atlanta .. Kept the same core but teams like Chicago and Miami should be better this year.

7- New York .. The now have a true PF and talent good enough to make the playoffs.

8- Who knows at this point.

Rose stated recently that he has developed a consistent 3-point shot. If this is true he will be impossible to guard.

Derrick Rose wrote:"It's there; I have a consistent 3-point shot now," Rose said Wednesday night. "You'll see. I just have so much confidence in my jump shot now. It's coming along so good. It's past even my expectations at this point."

Derrick Rose wrote:"He's [Thibobeau] a workaholic. I sometimes leave the gym at 3 and come back at 11 at night to shoot and he's still in the office, going over film. He will come down, watch me work out and tell me things to work on. He's helping me a lot."

Lots of players are working on their game in the offseason. The fact that Rose SAYS his 3 point shot is now money isn't very relevant. I'm guessing 99% of NBA players interviewed right now would say the same thing.

Some of you just hate putting the Knicks in the playoffs dont you. LOL.

1. Miami - LeBron always wins a lot of season games.
2. Orlando - Team is filled with talent.
3. Boston - Getting up in age but no one considerably improved to knock them off the top 3.
4. Atlanta - Good team.
5. Chicago - Improved with Boozer. Enough to be number 5.
6. Milwaukee - Added chuckers. Im not sure if thats going to work out.
7. New York - Improved at every position.
8. Charlotte - Lost their point guard. Didnt improve at all.
9. Indiana - Good season from Granger but dont have enough firepower.
10. Detroit - Good season from Ben Gordon.
11. Philadelphia - Not that good of team.
12. Toronto - Too young and not that good.
13. New Jersey - Travis Outlaw, Petro, Farmar = Blueprint to Greatness? LMAO
14. Washington - They suck
15. Cleveland - Fall apart with chemistry. Limited talent.
