I don't like Love either, but I understand his value. The man would be ideal with 2 or 3 legit scorers. The guy can score so much for never having his number called, he is one of the Top 2 offensive and defensive rebounders in the game, and he can stretch the floor for slashers. He is just really whiny and it drives me nuts.

Thanks to Love we don't have Mayo. Thanks to Love we don't have Al. Nonetheless, he's a good player, but I hate him with passion.

I'm always going to be biased when talking about Mayo. Hence the username.

I prefer Miracle Whip myself, but to each their own...

Mayo is very average... Al is overpaid... Love is a solid player.

Iguodala would instantly become our best player, with good overall skills and great defense.

However, he's not cheap, and he gets paid over $56 mil through 2014, so you better be sure this is guy you want. That's a lot of money for a swingman who's not a #1.

And I don't want anyone to make the mistake that he's a #1. PHI has given him the opportunity to play that role in the past, and he's simply not a superstar player, but rather, a really nice complimentary player, a la , Al Jefferson.

I'm not saying I wouldn't want the guy, or that he's not good. I'm simply saying that if we're entertaining talks about adding Iguodala, we need to make sure that in his case (not so much our other acquisitions), that we go for him for the guy he is now .. not some dream of who he might someday become.

Iggy would be the #2 option for a good team... right now we need a #1 and a #2 option so trading for Iggy would fill one of the voids

That being said, I doubt Philly moves Philly until they've at least tried playing Iggy and Turner together.
