If I had to pick between Gibril Wilson or Kawika Mitchell it would be Gibril Wilson. The guy is still young and is a underrated safety in this league. Loosing him will hurt us more than Kawika Mitchell who will be 30 entering the 2008 season. I was very upset they did not put the franchise tag on him, Micheal Johnson had some good plays but he cannot replace Gibril Wilson.

I would rather keep Gibril Wilson than getting DeAngelo Hall who will be looking at around 5-7 million a year.

dahl wasn't that bad along with michael johnson.

maybe we get hall and shift one of our cb's to S? also i remeber mcquarters playin some S not too sure though.

If Wilson leaves then I have 100% confidence in Michael Johnson. The kid has above average speed and is a very hard hitter.

I like Wilson but if he doesnt' change his demands then peace out to him, he's not a very good man-to-man defender.

A lot of CB's who get older shift to Safety, for instance Troy Vincent. Sam Madison try him out at safety. I have confidence in Micheal Johnson however, I still see the Giants D much better with Gibril Wilson.
