Darko Addresses Media

1. From what Darko said Rambis is really big on his game.
2. Started working out 2 months ago (running, lifting, shooting) Getting in shape mentally and physically.
3. Staying in MN until the end of the month, then going home.
4. Wants to play every regular season as though it were a playoff game.
5. Coaches want him to be more aggressive, says he passed a lot because he lost confidence in his shot. Says he has gained some of that confidence back last year and working with the coaches this off-season.

Pretty impressed with his interview, seems like he is very thankful that the Wolves gave him a chance and an opportunity to play. To me he looks like he's already in better shape then last year just by looking at him. Darko seems hungry and wants to prove some people wrong.

Great interview. Darko was all business.
Another baby on the way.
I'll be curious to see how much of a difference the better conditioning will make.

Great find! Darko looks cooler with some facial hair. He should grow a full beard.

Nice. He seems like he has really matured. I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do in a good situation.

Um... WTF? Al is coming back to work out at the target center even though he was traded? Isn't there some rule about working out with another team? Man, he must really not have any hard feeling at all if he can just come back and work with Darko and the wolves staff like that. I think a lot of people would be like, "Eff that."

Obviously he isn't angry at how kahn handled things, quite happy with the wolves...
Though I'm sure plenty of posters will hold how kahn handled the al jefferson situation against him for years. Predictable lot they are, with far more insight into what went down than al jefferson.

Must say I'm really psyched to have him on the team. He seems really mature. Constantly saying that he wants to the best he can, saying he cannot only blame his failure on others but on himself. And god knows he is passionate about the game. I wish him the best and strongly believe he can be the best C we've ever had!

Darko seems to mean everything he says, its nice to not hear an agents words coming out of a guy.
He may already be the best center we've already had, if he puts all his game together he may be one of the leagues best centers by the end of the year. I think he may do it as well. :)

As always though we gotta be patient, don't be eager to throw him on the bus if he doesn't meet expectations right away.
