Re: How much do season tickets cost now?
I talked to some yupster dude on the phone who worked for the Wizards a few years back.
I asked him where he was from and he told me he was a transplant who had been living here in the area for only 3 years.
He told me to come downtown to the Wizard's offices to meet with him so we could could discuss which plan best fit my needs.
I told to just tell me the prices over the phone.
He would not tell me and insisted on meeting with me to discuss which plan best fit my needs.
I do not know if he thought I was not serious or if he thought I could not afford the seats I was asking for.
He was a real prick.
If I ever am considering buying season tickets again, this time around I will insist on speaking with a born and raised in DC native.
That way we could just cut out all of the bullsh*t and discuss prices and take care of the transaction in less than 5 minutes.
I am a straight up handle my business kind of person.
If you are straight with me I will be straight with you.
All of this other nonsense some people try and step to me with is just a waste of my time.
Looking back I probably should have gone over there and met with him.
I would have played his game of B.S. with him for several hours and then walk out of there without purchasing a damn thing.
If you waste my time I will make it a point to waste your time too.

Re: How much do season tickets cost now?
i was one of the sales reps for the wizards but didn't stay through the new ownership. they aren't selling partial plans now. only fulls. the all-star plan that they had for the last few years is gone too. i believe they're doing a mix plan with caps/wiz (no big games of course).
upper level fulls are $672 each, lower level fulls start at $1,302 per seat. but unless you really want all the games, i'd just purchase the tickets you want on ticketmaster. they have plenty of inventory.
