As soon as we have the manager list finalized can we get the draft order picked so we have ample time to plan our draft strategy?

I am good with a mid-august start of the draft as well... but if the final notable free agents sign in the next couple of weeks we should target an early august start so we are not scrambling at the end (the draft sometimes takes longer than planned).

As it stands now, here is the plan:

Draft Lottery: August 5

Begin of Draft: August 19

Even if it takes three weeks to complete the draft, that's still well in advance of Nov. 1.

I'm fine with above dates.

We do need to vote on the rule changes before the draft/lottery though. Otherwise people any changes saying it's too late now.
