I'm a little shocked by the optimism of a few for next season.
We basically replaced Boozer with Jefferson, and Mathews with Bell, plus we got a nice rookie. Otherwise, I'm not sure how someone can predict that we will beat the Lakers, and possibly contend for a championship if we just fill a couple of holes (backup pg, defensive center).
The X factors for potentially doing better han last season are:
1) Jefferson gives us something that we havn't had before in terms of a Power Center with offense, and
2) Hayward plays at a ROY level and makes the difference between winning and losing in 6-8 games.
Unfortunately, I don't think that either one is going to make that big of a difference. For me I think that we will remain in the 45-55 wins category.

Re: Predict 2010/2011 Season Wins
AJ < booz IMO-- but, AJ >>>>>>>nada which is what i was expecting
bell ~ korver -one lacks a little where the other excels at.
hayward < matthews (for now, but later on will be >)
about the same win total. playoff placement, i predict spurs and suns are out, but clippers, rockets and okc are on the rise. so i say....home court first round...2nd round exit (lousy lakers)
but the 11-12 season....well, look out.

83. One win will be so dominating it will count twice.

There's a huge difference between 46 and 55 wins yet they're in the same poll option. 55 wins may get you the 2nd seed; 46 wins will likely land you in the lottery.
Might I suggest a revised poll:
0 to 40
41 to 45
46 to 50
51 to 55
56+

Big Al is going to dominate period. We will see the power game that this offense was made for, not the finesse game of B "who" zer?? Already forgot about him.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Jefferson > Boozer
Bell > Korver
Plus the Jefferson acquistion pretty much assures we won't loose to the T-wolfs twice again this year. And I think Jefferson and Bells defense easily makes us win 2 more games on top of that. I would say more like 4. That would be 57-59 wins.
My prediction lets go down the middle 58 wins for 2010-11, 2nd in the West.

I had it pretty close to what your suggesting, but I didn't want to have to choose between the high 40s and the low 50s. But I'll try to change if it is possible.
