Trade to announce:

Skai trades:

2012 Second Round Pick

YS trades:

#21 Pick

With the 21st pick in the 2010 FFDL draft,

Skai selects Paul George.

I regret to do this, but I'm gonna drop Wes Matthews to make room.

No problem -- well worth it. BTW, Thabeet is listed on my roster -- he's no longer there. Otherwise, it's great.

Am I right to say you still have an empty spot on the roster?

Hmmm... looking at the net result of all my trades I did get younger but I don't know if I got any better (probably gotten worse):

IN:
Monta Ellis
Michael Beasley
Al-Farouq Aminu
Shaun Livingston
Tracy McGrady
2011 2nd (Ham)
2012 1st (worse of East/AlciG)

OUT:
Kevin Martin
Zach Randolph
Mike Miller
Taj Gibson
Nate Robinson
2011 2nd
2012 2nd
2012 1st (best of East/AlciG)

Oh snap, for some reason I thought we were only allowed 4 bench spots. Damn, did not mean to drop Wes Matthews if that's the case.

I have an upcoming pick to make up for it.

Skai, it was a simple mistake. If this were on Yahoo directly, it wouldn't have even asked you to drop a player, so you still own Wes Matthews. I'm going to fix your roster...

IMO, 2 of the outgoing guys aren't even worth a roster spot in this league. Besides that, you lost a 2nd round pick and you may have a slightly lower 1st rounder...I don't see that as a net loss honestly. You also may have gotten the best player out of all of them in Ellis.

As hard as it is to believe I think my team got older and here is an even scarier thought more injury prone.

That said. If all my players have just average season and all are healthy for the play offs we should be title contenders.

Actually, oddly enough, I agree with you. I'm going to do a team write-up once the draft is over, but just as a preview, I think you've catapulted yourself into contention.

Lots of transactions and changes this offseason!

I definitely see theTeam as a title contender. I think the Yao trade will work out with Yao being brought along slowyly getting limited minutes to start the season.

I was looking at the trades list and noticed that just about every manager (12 of 14) has participated in a trade.
Bob Myers, June 7, 2018: "“It’s not in my job description to please NBA fans. It’s to win, end of story. I don’t need to be entertained, I just need to win. That’s all it is. That’s all I was hired to do. Win.”

I think my team is a contender but then again I always think that and end up in the lotto.

However, this has gotta be one of the better teams in the league now...

PG - Deron Williams (Uta - PG)
SG - Kevin Martin (Hou - SG)
G - Derrick Rose (Chi - PG)
G - Devin Harris (NJ - PG)
SF - LeBron James (Mia - SF)
PF - Zach Randolph (Mem - PF)
F - Tyrus Thomas (Cha - SF,PF)
F - Boris Diaw (Cha - SF,PF)
C - Al Horford (Atl - PF,C)
C - Dwight Howard (Orl - C)
BN - Kyle Lowry (Hou - PG,SG)
BN - Martell Webster (Min - SG,SF)
BN - Eric Bledsoe (LAC - PG)
BN - Rodrigue Beaubois (Dal - PG, SG)
BN - DeMarcus Cousins (Sac - PF, C)
