Highest levels = Dolan. They meet all the time. This is the Isiah people throwing this out there (as other poster pointed out in the other thread)

Im sick to my stomach, because they will keep reporting this stuff until the fans get used to the idea, and eventually bring him back into the organization.

Dolan "loyalty" is so annoying. He should take a page out of the Steinbrenner (later years) and run a team correctly.

Isiah can't get much worse guys. He can only get better after how he **** up the Knicks. Remember, he IS one of CP3's IDOLS, and have mad respect for the guy.

He can be a super scout or back channel guy, but for the love of all mankind keep him out of making trades.

Wouldn't make much sense for our front office to give him credit for it, if he didn't play a significant part.

I'm okay with this as long as he's not GM or coach.

The problem with Isiah as a GM was always that he bent over and took it in the ass. He got all excited by the name (Marbury, Randolph, Curry, etc.) and never negotiated from a position of strength. He was like a God damn 5-year old trading a $1000 baseball card for 10 cent piece of candy.

I don't believe that. Amare came for the MONEY. If the Nets would've offered him the same amount, no doubt he wouldve been a Net. Isiah isn't coming back.

Donnie Walsh could deliver Paul, too. It would just require us bending over and giving up every good young talent we have while taking back Okafor. Goodbye cap flexibility!!!!

Who cares. 25 yaer old Paul and 27 year old Amar'e? Where do I sign up?

What makes you say that? Dolan's friendship with IT has already cost us several seasons, not sure why you feel so confident he isn't going to give his buddy a second try.

I feel confident because it would be a PR nightmare just when the Knicks are becoming respectable again.

I can see all the female interns and office staff are now quickly huddling up with their attorneys preparing their eventual sexual harrassment lawsuits.

this is perfect. Just put us all out of our misery already. Dolan WANTS to bring Isiah back, you all know he does. The good part about bringing Isiah back, is that some psycho, disgruntled Knick fan who's tired of his team being the butt of all NBA jokes will finally be pushed over the ledge with this announcement and murk Dolan on some Jack Ruby ****. Then it'll all be over.

Yes, because Dolan has a long history of giving a crap about what the fans or media think?

Hell, don't get me wrong, I'll pray that you are right (and I'm an atheist!), but sadly I wouldn't hold this past Dolan.
