I'm really excited about the Sixers season. So much so, that I'm considering actually coughing up the $100 to watch all the regular season games on my computer. Normally I'm happy enough with free links, but it seems that good links are getting harder to come by, and I'm tired of not knowing whether or not I'll be able to watch the game that night.
So my question is, Has anyone here used this before? Does it freeze or ever work slowly? Is it worth the money?

I've used it the past two years. It works well for me, and it will only freeze or work slowly if your internet is terrible or if you have a lot of other things running like multiple downloads. It's actually great quality and I definitely think it is worth doing if you want to watch the Sixers this year.
You get what they say is HD broadcast...it's not THAT good but it's pretty close for being on your computer. I'd say go for it. They also have a cheaper package where you can pick 5 teams to watch instead of all.

I watched Summer League NBA broadband. It works well, but not as good as watching with a real DVR.
My main complaint was that it was hard to get it to always hide the scores/results, and that if you started watching while the game was in progress there was a 30 minute window where you could not watch either the live or archived feed while they were setting up the archived version.

another complaint would be that watching 3 games at once is stupid because all the screens are too small to even tell what is going on. If you could have all three games on big screen it would be nicer

Awesome thanks. I'll just be watching Sixers game almost exclusively so the cheaper the package the better.

Plus you can watch all of MIA's games this year now too, that's why I'm getting it since I can just watch the Sixers on tv every game anyway.

I'm in Orlando, and asked this question last year. If you're in Philly, great. If not, you'll always hear the opposing team's announcers. Something to do with a loophole created by Comcast being the owner of the 6ers. I'm not sure if that situation applies this year or not.

I could be wrong but I think I remember hearing our announcers when we're the home team.

I didn't buy it last year - you're probably right.

I can't remember what year I had it but it was definitely in the last couple of years. I did watch a lot of teams though so it may have been different for us, I usually watched us on tv anyway.

I used to buy it every year up until 2-3 years ago, and yeah that was the case with the occasional game being Comcast(maybe like 8 out of the entire season)
I may consider getting it again, anyone know the price of the cheaper package with the couple teams?

Re: NBA LP Broadband?
I think it was still like $50, but again going off pure memory here, which isn't very reliable.
