His jersey will be retired man. It will be a injustice if it does not happen. Kobe/Magic/Jordan all had problems with management during there careers. s#!t happens. You cannot ignore the dominant 5 years he had when he was in a Laker uniform.

What happened with Shaq and the Lakers is well documented but lets be honest, we wont win a single championship on our threepeat without him. I doubt if we even reach the Finals.
