Hopefully he'll bring some leadership skills to the team next year after being around Billups.

I'm breathing a sigh a relief. ESPN has been hating on him, while NBA.com thought he would make it until that last scrimmage. Glad to see he's moving on.

Well if this is true..I'm really glad for Danny he deserves to get his name out there a little more, it can't hurt if you have an olympic athlete on your team to lure some other players here next summer.

Look at the bright side, more PT for George and Stephenson, Hibbert would be the number 1 option, and we would also most likely have a top 5 draft pick.

yes this is true, but he's gonna be playin basketball wether he's on the olymic team or not, there's just as good of chance of him gettin hurt if he's not on the team...with this said "knock on wood" we don't wanna jinx him.

I love that fact that he has the opportunity to be an olympic athlete. If he gets hurt that part of the game.

He's the best SF in the NBA not named LeBron James, of course he should make the cut.
much respect to the 2011-2012 champions, Miami Heat, well deserved

This is a ridiculous statement. There would be nothing good about Granger getting hurt.

We all begged JO to stop playing EVERY summer as it wore his body out ridiculously quick. I'm going to hop on Danny before it becomes an issue.

Yeah JO took a few productive seasons away from his career for not resting his body.

Reggie also got injured playing for team USA and it caused him to miss training camp and some of the regular season. I don't think it was with the second Dream Team, but at the World Championships here in Indy.

6'11 Center who had been in the NBA since he was 17 vs. a 27 year old 6'7 Guard / Forward. I hope you're seeing what im getting at. Its not nearly as bad for Granger to be taking the extra pounding as it was for O'Neal.
