I was thinking about making a thread for exactly this. My high school blocks the website (I have an Ipod > wifi) so an app could steer me around that problem.

Technically, with would be >> in computer terms as > just replaces

An Iphone app would be a great thing for this site. Wonder if they would pay someone to do it, if offered.

Re: Iphone App?
An iPhone and/or Blackberry app would be cool, but what features would it offer? If you're going to include forum functionality I'm imagining that would be pretty tough/costly to develop. Of course, I have absolutely no knowledge of that but most iphone/BB apps made by websites really just show a few key data items and then essentially link to that company's website.

Re: Iphone App?
How about a mobile version of the forums?
I'd always thought of propane as a dignified lady. But she can also be a dirty girl.

My suggestions would be (in order)
Wiretap (with push notifications for favorite teams' transactions only)
Trade Checker
Schedule (with local broadcast schedule)
Scores (live)
RealGM Radio
Forums are unnecessary for a mobile app IMO

Re: Iphone App?
I really hope they're considering this. The site is pretty hard to navigate on the iPhone

Re: Iphone App?
It's really not hard esp sif you utilize XML. At the very least RealGm could make a web app, which really only entails modifying the the CSS. The only difficulty would be integrating advertising.

I'm very close to sending RGM a proposal for me to do this. Just hammering out some demo apps right now.

Re: Iphone App?
There is an iPhone app called Tapatalk thats supports phpBB3 and most other php forums. The admins just need to enable it in the phpBB3 admin panel.

Re: Iphone App?
Don't have an Iphone so this maybe a stupid question, but why is the site so hard to navigate on your browser?
It's a breeze on my Android phone.
