Jermichael Finley, TE, Green Bay Packers

We saw a glimpse of what Finley is capable of during the 2009 postseason and at various times during the regular season. But when I say he may surprise, I'm saying Finley may very well be regarded as the clear-cut best weapon at tight end in the NFL by midseason. He has special abilities and is in the perfect environment to thrive.

The Packers will use him all over the formation and he really presents problems split out wide, where he thrived last season. Finley still needs to work on his hands, but his routes improved as the season progressed. He is the perfect red zone target in that he can shield defenders and play it physical and go up and snatch the ball at its highest point like a wideout on fade routes and jump balls.

Cornerbacks under 6 feet have no chance when the ball is in the air, and few safeties have the agility to keep up with this phenom. He wasn't even the starter for much of the first half of last season and missed some time with injury. Just imagine what Finley will do during a full year as a primary weapon for Aaron Rodgers. He won't sneak up on anyone this season, but Finley is only 23 years old and is just scratching the surface of what he can accomplish. His dominance in Green Bay's playoff game was just a taste of what is to come. He's a superstar.

If Quarless reaches some of his potential early, I am giggling like a school girl at the matchup issues it will cause for defenses.

Quarless didn't show anything at practice yesterday. Lee looked motivated, he's playing for his job.

Yesterday. It was awesome, laid him out.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I am hoping 70 catches, 1000 yards, 10 TDs...
