It'll get done, you dont put a hold on everything for this guy, I dont care if he is the best CB in the league, we've been fighting with him and his agent for a long time and im glad we pushed him to the side, signed Mark Brunell (Clemens sucked) and now we're getting a step in for holmes. Who would you rather we picked up for the time Holmes is gonna miss? I haven't looked into the free agents so i dont know if there's better talent or not.

And I'm telling you he's done. Come week 8 when he realizes he's the 4th or 5th Wr he's gonna start to bitch. Have fun with that.

I read we offered him a 7 year 100 million dollar deal, I'm sorry but if thats true and he chose not to accept that I dont have much sympathy.

He isn't and shouldnt get paid any less than Asamougha (SP?) is getting for the Raiders.

 You want a CB making Peyton Manning money?? And isn't asomougha's deal over at the end of the year?? no way is he getting 15 million again so the Jets can wait til his deal is done and pay Revis less still making him the highest paid CB. and are you really gonna use al davis as a reference point?

If Coles doesn't realize that now then he's mentally (Please Use More Appropriate Word)

This is fine for the first 4 weeks, but after Holmes comes back to the active roster Coles better not dress. It would kill our special teams because the 5th WR needs to play special teams coverage and he is way too old to do that.
RIP Jared Jeffries. Gone but never forgotten...2006-2012

My point is Al Davis set the market for top notch Corners. Revis just had the best year statistically of any corner ever. If I were him I wouldn't take 1 cent less than Nmandi.

Coles caught 43 balls for 500+ yards last season so he still has something left in the tank. As a 4 games filler and a #4/#5 WR this is a good safe signing and adds depth to the team.

Not bad, as long as he understands he's a 4 game rental as a 4th or 5th receiver.
