Who? And I like keeping Chuck around, I think he needs to be around to be a mentor to Hill and Patterson.

One day, I will figure out what triggered this board's attitude toward Chuck Hayes to change.

It certainly wasn't me.

James Johnson has upside, but at this moment in time I would not do that deal. We already have two big man projects in Hill & Patterson. Truck, all 6'6" of him, may not be the ideal center off the bench, but at least we know what he can provide, and that he can provide it well.

hayes AND a 2nd round pick? do u even know who chuck hayes is? he's so good at defense that he covers 1/4 of this world by himself, the other 3/4 is covered by water. its a daam shame the basketball gods didnt fix his height at 6'10, coulda been a multiple DPOY beast.

plus, we got enough undersized bigs, we need that big black guy to protect the paint, not a 6'9 guy to help rebound and put up 5 pts a game :( . there's no need for james over here, we got enough wings and bigs. wat we need is a 2nd all star and a 6'11 250lb defensive beast

btw, hayes is in his prime, we should keep him for at least 5 more years

Johnson will just rot on the bench. The Truck will actually contribute...

Johnson was dead weight for Chicago last year. We already have too many wings as it is anyway.

I'd trade him for Jordan Hill.
