Is KD really #1? Dude's a great scorer, but it seems like his other stats would be lower across the board than some of the guys beneath him.

Along with 30 ppg; close to 8 rpg from the small forward position, 1.6 3's + 1.4 spg + 1 bpg plus 90% from Ft% line with 10 free throw attempts per game. His fg% is not too shabby either at 47,5 %. In my book Durant and CP3 are top-2 this year.

Chris Paul's health is the only thing keeping him outta the top. If he starts stringing together healthy seasons, he'll be consensus no.1 again.

In no way should Arenas, Wall, Rose, or Jamison be considered as 2nd round draft picks.

hmmm...
Rose
-Deng, Korver, Noah, Boozer...so that's a plus side on the assists.
-On the USA team means more experience means better decision making.

Jamison
LMAO how can he not be a second rounder. Tell me... who else is their in Cleveland??
Exactly... when Washington had Arenas and Butler out or even butler was still playing.
Jamison is a 20 pt. / 10 rebound guy.

Wall
Can score/dish/steal.
He will be the new Lebron stat stuffer.

Arenas
that would be the only one not considered in the 2nd maybe late 3rd/early 4th.

Your gonna question Anthony at #3. Biggest steal last season (projected 3rd round last year)
Dwight...Punt ONE category and have a guaranteed TWO categories in the bag (Rebounds/blocks)
D. Lee...Since he is injured I say he goes in the early 3rd round.
S. Curry...Not even worth the top 3 rounds. I will put him in the late 4th/ early 5th.
B. Lopez...Due to Favors, he takes a step back as those two will prob start together. Early 4th.

I'll go over why each player should not be drafted in the second.

We're talking standard 9-cat roto, right? Rose is handicapped by having below average threes (0.2 3pg last year), steals (0.7 spg), and ft% (77%) for a PG. For an elite PG, you want +10 apg, and it's a long jump from 6 apg to 10+ even with the addition of Korver and Boozer. I think 8 apg is about his ceiling. He's supposedly working on his thee's but all that could mean is 1 3pg at 33% 3p%, which would be a huge improvement for him. That's still below average, and any gains in 3 pts made is negated by negative affect on his fg%. Rose didn't even put up top 50 fantasy numbers last season, and while I expect an improvement, not enough to put him the top 24. His numbers don't add up.

First off, age. Jamison is 34 years old and will be 35 next season. His diminishing play is as much due to age (and injury) as it was to moving to Cleveland in the 2nd half or teammates. He wasn't 20/10 in WAS last season before the trade, and Butler wasn't having a good year either. Jamison needs someone to take the pressure off him. He had better numbers with a healthy Arenas than without. Ask him to be the only go to in Cleveland at age 35, and he's going to fail. As for the who else in Cleveland, they're just gonna suck, but with expanded roles, everyone gets in on the act. Boobie Gibson for 12 ppg, Mo Williams for 17 ppg, JJ Hickson, for 15 ppg, Varejao for 12 ppg, Powe for 10 ppg, Sessions for 13 ppg, Moon for 10 ppg, so with a team scoring in the low 90's, Jamison will average scoring in the high teens. He's not going to be playing 35+ mpg because he's older. He was a volume producer needing heavy minutes to get his numbers. He's not particularly effecient with below average fg% for a big man (45%) and below average ft% (75%). Let's be clear Jamison was a 20/10 guy.

Again, you miss that there are 9 categories, and at least Wall has something on Rose, he gets steals. But, he also has below average ft% and doesn't shoot particularly well from outside. He'll need to work on that, but for the time being he might be 30% for three point range at best. He also needs to watch his turnovers. His per 40 numbers in college was over 4.5 turnovers. That would tank an entire category for you. Wall is talented and could someday be in the top 20 but that's a lot to expect from a rookie. Curry was last year, but he was a rare exception. Lebron in terms of fantasy, wasn't even top 50 his rookie season. Tyreke Evans wasn't in the top 50 last year either, and both Lebron and Tyreke are stat stuffers, I'd say. One thing that Wall will also have against him is sharing the backcout with Arenas. Wall will be fighting him, plus Hinrich will eat into his minutes as Saunders is more of a veteran's coach. Wall will be playing around 30 - 33 mpg, so while he will score, dish, and steal, not nearly at the numbers I think you would expect.

I have a slightly more optimistic projection for Wall's rookie year but other than that I agree with everything hamncheese said. Derrick Rose and Russell Westbrook are two most overrated fantasy players you'll ever find around and Jamison's days as a top-40 player are finished.

the pts & 3's combined with efficiency plus steals- curry's at least a 2nd round pick this year.

22ppg
46fg%
2.7 3pm
90ft%
5.5rpg
7.7apg
2spg

those were curry's (ridiculous)#'s post all star break

if you can get something even close to that production at late 4th/early 5th...

Curry is a top - 10/12 pick this year. No argument about it IMO.
