Prove to me Derrick Rose is Good.

If you were to pick a pg, base on age/potential who would you pick infront of Rose? All I can think of is Dwill, CP3, Rondo. Maybe some people would pick Nash, but he's on the decline. So maybe 3 or 4 pg you would pick ahead of Rose. Don't need to prove that Rose is good, the guy is already good and will only get better.

If Derrick Rose isn't good, 25 other starting point guards aren't good either

Not Rondo. Rondo will b entering his 5th season this year and has spent nearly his entire career as the 4th best player on his team surrounded by 3 future HOFers. In addition, the Celtics have been loading their team with as much talent as possible trying to win championships the last 3 years. Meanwhile, Rose just completed his second season in the NBA, on a team that's basically been focused on clearing enough cap room in 2010 to make a splash, jettisoning good players like Ben Gordon in the process. Rose put up incredibly impressive numbers considering his age, experience and lack of great talent around him, drawing 100% of the defense's attention every time down the floor.

Now that Rose has a very good team full of complementary pieces around him and will be entering his 3rd year (when players of his talent typically break out), Cliff Levingston thinks a lot of people here will be eating their words about Rose not being able to make plays for others or run an offense.

I think Rose can seem over-rated when Bulls fans come to his defense against stupid trolling threads.

I think it is reasonable for Rose to average 21-22 ppg, 7.5-8.0 apg, on +48% shooting while hitting (hopefully) close to 33% of his threes.
If he does that, and the Bulls make the 2nd round....the player will fit the "hype" that so many claims exist.

I think all of those are easily attainable barring major injuries.

Especially if he continues to elevate his game during the play-offs.

Rose always shows up and plays hard in playoff games. In his playoff debut he scored 36 points.

Last year in the first round he averaged 26.8ppg and 7.2apg.

Anyone who says that Rose is not good either hates the Bulls or likes to make contrarian statements in order to troll.

Well he plays PG, obviously. But he isn't a true PG imo. He is better off playing with an Eric Snow type PG and sliding to the 2. Just like Iverson in Philly.
