I drafted Nash for 2 reasons.

1. He and Roy are play makers. Both guys would do fine off the ball. Roy is a very good mid-range shooter and Nash, obviously, is a deadly shooter. Especially considering that I'm going for an up tempo offense, having 2 of the premier play makers at there respective positions is in no way a negative. As for "top big man", there really isn't one. Sure, there are good bigs left but with the team I'm trying to build and the offense I want to create, it wouldn't have made any sense.

The 2nd reason comes down the line.

Basically, I have a team planned out. I didn't draft Nash because he was a sexy name. I drafted him because he was the best option available to build up said team.

Thanks for the update! I know my trade with ctorres was a bitch, sorry Moo.

Just one thing...You didn't update the remainder of my trade with KLN. The Mavs should have (172+232) and his Kings should have (276+390).

Thanks Moo!

Oh come on! They don't pay me enough for this. :D

Yeah team of playmakers who can play uptempo was what my goal was for BAT 3.0 so I can see why you did this.

Any chance that Bluest takes a veteran with his first pick? Likely not..

Blue is going to have a special thread dedicated exclusively to his 1st pick. The first 10 pages of the thread will be buildup to the pick. The latest rumor is that he's managed to trade for 2 additional 1st round picks but that agreement was not made before the start of this latest BAT.

You can't trade 2 for 1.

I'm sure he meant to include a 12th rounder in the deal as well.
