I am not sure what people expected. He only made the team, because he was extremely cheap. We played probably the deepest bench in the league and we barely played our #14 pick. It was much better than rushing to sign Pike a few years ago for $1.2 million. Talk about a wasted signing.
Griff was stuck between size and position in the NBA. Good luck to him. More than likely, he will head to Europe if he wants to play.

Great beer and awesome chocolate! I think he will have a blast playing in Europe, with so much to see. Even if he only gets what he got in PHX, who wouldn't want to make that much to play games over in Europe?

The difference is that he'll probably get playing time in Europe as opposed to staying in the NBA where if he's lucky, he'll be a practice player. Nothing better than for a young player like himself to up his profile by playing well in Europe and maybe get another chance at the NBA later.
