delonte released!?

now that delonte has been released by the wolves can we sign him for the min? would you rather have him or sign sb? i say delonte.....even though sb has more experience in the triangle, delonte is the better player (flat out)......sb can jump higher.....but delonte is pretty athletic, he plays really good d, he's aggressive, he can handle the ball, he has decent bball iq, ......he's just flat out better than sb, but that doesn't mean he's a better fit (mainly due to his off court issues)....so would you rather take delonte (better player) and his baggage (could cause problems in the locker room)...or would you rather have shannon and his 2 or 3 dunks/alley oops (seeming as thats all i can say he brings to the table)......???????? shanon or delonte? you decide.....

I would say do it for Vet Min" and if ish doesnt work out package his u know what with Sasha exp, and maybe you can bring something back worth something good!

I agree that Delonte is a better all around player... But i seriously doubt that he has better Bball IQ than Shannon Brown!! There no comparison to make. Both of them have NO basketball-IQ. If this was about IQ, i wouldn't pick any of them.

Anyway I would rather sign Delonte as long as his breezy gets to sit courtside, in a Laker jersey, on Christmas day game against Miami Heat.

...and also because he's more clutch and just has better handles than Shannon Brown.

for vet min sure, he go crazy he can get the boot, he wouldn't make or brake us, make keeping Sasha till the break easier, as a continuengcy plan.

shannon brown has basketball iq? are we discussing the same shannon?....whenever he plays pg our shots always come down to the final seconds and someone has to make/take a tough shot aand the triangle breaks down.....but hey everyone's entitled to his/her opinion.....but damn i honestly don't believe shannon is thaat good....

Man, Delonte would be a fine addition. The ONLY downside to him is his bi-polar condition, but that can be managed. On the court, he's a really good player on both ends and someone we could definitely use, and he'd immediately become our 2nd best guard. His basketball IQ is definitely not an issue and we shouldn't seriously compare him to a scrub like Brown.

I really dont think Delonte can fit with this team. He is better than Shannon but I just cant see him fitting with all our guys.

West fitting in with the rest of the team is obviously up in the air but same can be said bout Barnes, NO? I mean for someone who was one of Orl better defenders, they didn't seem to excited bout trying to bring him back and he has been on multiple teams by no choices of his own. West on the other had has been TRADED to all the teams hes been to and obviously IF we still have Sasha around if west doesn't work he easily be bought out or trade.

No offense, but West is a scrub too just a very whacked out of his mind one.

Don't really like Delonte that much for this team. I like him as a player but we don't need his personality.
