Basically, Richard Pollock suggests trading for Denis Grebeshkov, an RFA on the Nashville Predators. He claims the Predators are trying to keep costs low so Grebeshov could be had for a 2nd rounder. E.J. Hradek counters by stating that the Hurricanes are keeping costs down this season as well as ownership searches for new partners and mentions that the Predators will probably just keep Grebeshov in the short term. He goes on to explain that the Canes will probably just give Jay Harrison, Jamie McBain and Anton Babchuk the opportunity to prove themselves on the blue line instead.
Go Canes!

Pretty slow around here.
Seems like the Canes will be giving a few young guys some shots this year. With Brind'amour retiring, and Whitney signing in Phoenix.
