Roy Hibbert
Mike Wells says he's had an impressive offseason and has been working with Bill Walton. I've never really like Walton but I think he could help Hibbert's game. If Roy has a breakout year I don't think there's any reason why we would finish worst than the 8th seed.

Re: Roy Hibbert
^ That's a real possibility IMO, though in good part because it's hard to point to eight playoff-worthy teams in the East.
Still, I'm looking forward to Hibbert's season. He's exceeded my expectations up to this point and I'm sure he won't want to disappoint me now.

I love Walton's game when he was uninjured. He was probably the best defensive center, and he could also rack up 5 assists a game while stepping out for the jumper.
If Hibbert's been working with Walton, I expect another jump in his defensive game.

This is great to hear! Its been so long since we have had a good center.
Ive always hoped Roy would work with Rik Smits and maybe Dale Davis, Walton will be good for Roy

This is EXTREMELY good news--if Hibbert learns from Walton, he's learned from one of the best ever...

What is NOT to like about Walton? He was one of the best post players in the history of the game, with maybe the quickest move to the basket of any center to play in the NBA!

Walton was a good player... But one of the most annoying announcers EVER!

Agreed---but Walton when he was healthy was more than just "good."

He would've had a shot at the greatest defensive center ever if he didn't get injured.
