Shields cannot be any worse than Bush.

I would love to see a cut Bush.

He didn't have it done in the offseason because he was looking for a nice extension. So he SAID the ankle was fine. When the extension didn't come and he had to sign the tender then all of a sudden it flared up. FK him. But I don't like relying on a rookie, as promising as he may be, on a contender.

I think only our older fan base would be in support of keeping Bush.

If Burnett doesn't pan out or one of him/Collins (who has been injury prone in the past) gets hurt then we are VERY weak at safety.

Ugggggggggg

We saw last year what happened when our safety depth was atrocious, it got so bad Capers played Chillar as a quasi safety.

Granted, Thompson put Capers and Martin in a terrible situation with a reckless decision by having the number one backup safety being a guy just claimed off waivers who also was making the switch from corner to safety. Maybe Martin this year can perform better if called upon, but i don't want to have to find out that's for sure.

Qdoba.

I haven't had Qdoba since the night went. Been on a diet. My buddy and his girlfriend asked me if I wanted to go with the after bar close a couple of weeks ago and I mustered all my inner strength to say no. There should be a monument to that moment.

I am proud of your ability to just say no.

I'm batting like 2/15 on my diets shutting down Qdoba. If somebody wanted me never to lose my college weight I'm trying to drop they could just invite me to Qdoba every night. Getting a few drinks in me first would help.

In the games against real good QB's, especially down the stretch against Pittsburgh and Arizona, the Packers were gashed, they were especially gashed up the middle.......If you read between the lines it seems as if Capers and his staff have come to the conclusion that Bigby is an awful cover safety, which he is and I agree. If you look at 2 significat moves the Packers made, drafting Burnett and moving Blackmon to safety, you will see the Packers have put a huge premium on having four starters with coverage capability. I may be in the minority here, but I was never positive Bigby had the team made, i could see a scenario where Bigby is pupped and if the safetys on this team are playing very well he is either traded or released......either way, bigby's inability to compete is going to kill him $$$ wise.
