Ronnie could never really fight off Korver for consistent minutes either and i think it'll be the same situation. If they get Rudy that makes for a very crowded backcourt. CJ Watson can ball too.

Wait. Why not? Didn't he fight off Korver in Utah? To my recollection, he got pretty consistent minutes and numbers in Utah with Korver backing him up.

to the OP, i agree. being a Bulls fan, i'd like to see it happen. but i don't think the trade will go through as long as Portland holds out for more then a mid to late 1st round pick

My guess is that Brewer will get 25-30 mpg. just enough to be fantasy relevant. he'll take some minutes away from Deng. he is their best perimeter defender, better in transition then Deng, and can dribble better then Deng

factor in that Thibs is a defensive minded coach and has stressed that the Bulls will get out and run more

i'd still count on Brewer to provide a boost in steals, solid FG% from SG, and low TO's
