The Suns are a dumb franchise

Post#1 » by JMac1 » Fri Aug 6, 2010 8:26 pm

Don't you guys agree?? I have read many of posts about our rebounding, defense and why our FO stinks and I agree.

Maybe we should start missing shots on purpose to up our team rebounding, you know, like chippie misses and two or three put backs before we score. Maybe if we had more opportunities to rebound, then we could have higher numbers for our players, but we might lose some of those rebounds and not score as much, but hey, who cares if we dont advanced in the playoffs, at least we can say we rebound well.....hurrah!!

Everyone knows we didn't win titles because of rebounding and defense. We are the only team who lose that way. I don't know how other teams manage to lose because of injuries (Oden), bad match ups (Cleveland), suspensions (Someone right?), better teams (Celts to LAL) and things like that?? Humm..

I don't know why we don't just trade for Howard. I don't know why we didn't draft Noah or Durant. What is wrong with our organization??? Frickking never wining a title, losing to teams like SAS and LAL, how pathetic, other teams never do that.

I also don't understand how our front office didn't draft Tim Duncan or trade for Pau Gasol...

The Suns continue to be dumb, Sarver thinks he puts a good product on the court  thank god all of the smart Suns' fans and media keeps us informed on how pathetic the Suns are and will be. Every year they are soooooo right. Do you know I was fooled into thinking going to the WCF 3 out of 6 years was good, and during two of those years key players were missing,  What was I thinking??

I thought having a bench was a good thing, but since I heard the Suns suspposedly have one, it can't be a good thing right? Why else would the Rockets be ranked in the top 10 of Hollinger's future rankings? With studs like, Martin, Budinger, Brooks, Ariza, J Hill, along with young studs such as Yao Ming and Luis Scola...C'mon

Thank You ESPN and all other well informed posters on this site, pleased keep me enlightened. I heard the best teams to root for were the teams who draft in the lottery every year, missing the playoffs, and get to bragg on how good they are going to be, like the Blazers and Thunders.....One and done...ooooooOOOOOO, can't wait. Maybe we can be like the Clippers or Wizards and celebrate getting a the number one pick :D

They basically turned Amare/Barbosa/Lou/Griffin into Matt Janning, Gani Lawal, Hedo Turkoglu, Hakim Warrick and Josh Childress. Two rookies with alot of potential, a former MIP who was arguably the second best player on a finals team a few years ago and possibly two sixth man of the year candidates. Whether people think it's a good or bad thing we gotta give Sarv and the Babmeister credit for at least trying.

ill take b-ball IQ over talent any day. Amare and barbs were talented but dumb as hell. give them a shot with this new roster, we also thought the j-rich trade was tupid but he helped the suns beat the spurs in dramatic fashion.

Without Amundson this team is wrecked, if we don't sign Varejao or somebody who can rebound, then we're screwed, Lopez can rebound but it's sporadic at best.

I guess your saying people are underestimating us and I agree, but we still are dumb for no having 1 good rebounder in our front court.
Steve Nash is the point guard jason kidd wishes he was.

That's why I can't understand us not looking at Josh Boone. Dude's a very good rebounder, still young, good defender and instead of Looooou we can shout Boooooone

Havent read any post but in regards to the title of this thread, I feel sorry for Nash. The guy pours his heart into every game and Suns management expects him to keep working magic while they keep trading his best player. At this point, if you are a loyal suns fan, wouldnt you want him to get traded so he could have a chance to win a ring?

Damn its always about winning a ring with you Faker fans and I am getting sick of it your owner buys these rings that your Fakers have won by buying the players and spending a heck of a lot of money in the process . Money that not every owner in the league has access to yet you Faker fans think that its all about winning a ring at any cost Nash is the type of player that if he wins a ring he wants to win and know that it was earned as a team effort . Not won because he left to go ring chasing and let someone else do the work for him that is the definition of a scrub like Derek Fisher for example. Nash wants to win a ring bad but he realizes that if he ring chases and wins a ring that way he didn't earn it and it doesn't mean anywhere near as much as winning a ring without having to leave . Your Fakers and Jerry I am selfish sob Buss is the reason that players that are considered still in their primes or even entering their primes leave for a contender and that just ruins the product and lessens the meaning and value in winning a championship . So Faker fan unless you have something new to contribute that doesn't center on what every other Faker fan has pretty much touched on your wasting Suns fans time with this crap

Sarver isn't Sterling he won't keep a franchise to just to make money but never win he is heading toward selling them at least that is where he needs to be headed because its obvious he is a complete failure as a owner. You know when the new GM wreaks of yes man because he came from Cleveland and everyone knows that the King made most of the decisions in Cleveland and the GM and assistant GM executed them so rarely was he ever in a position to make a decision. Perfect candidate if your looking for a yes man. If you doubt me just look at Danny Ferry he resigned for a reason . However the talent acquired is not bad and clever for even Sarver who probably thinks as long as the team is competitive he will be fine and that's where he is wrong because you can only do that for so long once the local media realizes what he is doing they will eat him up and spit him out this team is loved here and the fans and media will not allow for it too turn into CLippers part duex! :nonono:

Whats funny is I met a guy in LA at a restaurant, somehow we started talking about basketball. He told me he was a suns fan. I started to rave about Nash and how great he was and he was surprised. He said he was shocked that a laker fan was giving Nash props. I said, are you kidding? This guy is super sick. I always question his defense but as a floor leader on offense, give me a freaking break...the guy is sick.He gave me a handshake and we went our separate ways.

I was thinking about it and honestly if it looks like the season is going to **** by the trade deadline i'd want nash to be traded to a contender same with hill. Those guys deserve to go out fighting not on a sinking ship. But if it looks like we are doing just fine then we can wait until nash is a free agent and does what he thinks is best for his career.
